Icelandic Art Center is pleased to announce an open call for a new three-month artist’s residency at the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP). The residency will run from June – August 2024.
The residency program includes 24-hour access to a private furnished studio space; regular studio visits from Visiting Critics; Field Trips to museums, galleries, and other cultural venues; and participation in Artist Talks. Residents become part of a growing network of international artists and curators who are ISCP alumni. An ISCP residency has often led to critical advancement in the practice of the artist and curators in residence
The grant covers the recidency fees, however the applicant must fund his own living costs. The recidency is sponsored by the Visual Art Council. A short list of applicants will be selected by the Visual Art Council and then the final selection will be in the hands of ISCP.
Deadline for applications is 8th of May. Please apply here.
